Logistics Area Supervisor – Mashhad

About the role

A full-time Logistics Area Supervisor is sought in Mashhad, responsible for overseeing several distribution centers or agents across the country and supporting the organization's operations. The role covers strategic sourcing of services and indirect materials, cross-border logistics performance, and cost savings while keeping quality and service levels high.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee 3-7 distribution centers or agents in the country, including periodic site visits
• Analyze and monitor cross-border logistics performance
• Manage new projects and channels, and develop new supply strategies
• Liaise with departments and regional offices for coordination
• Plan and execute process optimization, and conduct pricing and cost analysis
• Use data to evaluate performance and quality and plan improvements
• Select, recruit and onboard distribution agents, train and empower them, and supervise their procedures
• Prepare reports on distribution flow, track delivery progress, and guide manpower
• Review agent performance, give feedback, and solve problems related to company policies
• Ensure client satisfaction and carry out feasibility studies, including proposals and presentations

Required profile

• At least 3 years of relevant supervisory experience
• Bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, logistics, MBA or a related field
• Age 18-50

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong communication, leadership, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding analytical and presentation skills
