Logistics Area Supervisor – Kerman

About the role

A full-time Logistics Area Supervisor position in Kerman, within the TeamOperations team. The supervisor develops and implements strategic sourcing strategies for services and indirect materials, with strong knowledge of logistics processes, negotiation skills and the ability to drive cost savings while keeping quality and service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee 3 to 7 distribution centers or agents across the country
• Make periodic site visits and supervise, guide and control procedures
• Analyze and monitor cross-border logistics performance
• Manage new projects and channels, and develop new supply strategies
• Liaise with departments and regional offices for coordination
• Plan and execute process optimization, and use data to evaluate performance and plan improvements
• Conduct pricing and cost analysis, and prepare reports on distribution flow
• Select, recruit and onboard distribution agents, train them and review their performance
• Track delivery progress and guide manpower
• Solve problems related to company policies and ensure client satisfaction
• Carry out feasibility studies, including proposals and presentations

Required profile

• At least 3 years of relevant supervisory experience
• Bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, logistics, MBA or a related field
• Age 18 to 50

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong communication, leadership, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding analytical and presentation skills
