Logistics Regional Manager – Ahvaz

About the role

DigiExpress, a logistics company focused on technology, is looking for an experienced Logistics Regional Manager to lead its operations in Ahvaz. The role covers end-to-end logistics across multiple hubs, with responsibility for performance, compliance, cost and team development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end logistics operations across multiple hubs, ensuring performance, compliance and operational excellence.
• Oversee daily hub performance, fleet utilization and manpower planning.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, operational KPIs and quality standards, and that performance data is accurate and regularly reported.
• Drive accountability for regional performance targets and represent the region in national operational meetings and business reviews.
• Lead, mentor and evaluate Hub Managers and Supervisors, and foster a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Manage the regional operations budget, analyse cost drivers (fleet, manpower, maintenance, fuel) and implement cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour regulations, and safe handling of goods, equipment and facilities.
• Coordinate with Central Operations, Planning, Fleet and HR teams, and support the launch of new services, projects or expansions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in logistics or operations management, including at least 3 years in a regional or multi-site leadership role.
• Proven experience managing large-scale logistics or distribution operations, with strong knowledge of logistics processes, fleet operations and KPI management.
• Excellent leadership, communication and team development skills; data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, WMS and performance dashboard systems.
