Logistics Regional Manager – Shiraz

About the role

DigiExpress, a logistics company focused on technology, is looking for an experienced Logistics Regional Manager to lead its operations in Shiraz. The role covers end-to-end logistics across multiple hubs, with responsibility for performance, compliance, cost control and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end logistics operations across multiple hubs, ensuring performance, compliance and operational excellence.
• Oversee daily hub performance, fleet utilization and manpower planning.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, operational KPIs and quality standards, and keep performance data accurate and regularly reported.
• Drive accountability for regional performance targets and lead, mentor and evaluate Hub Managers and Supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations, and safe handling of goods, equipment and facilities.
• Manage the regional operations budget, analyse cost drivers such as fleet, manpower, maintenance and fuel, and implement cost controls.
• Coordinate with Central Operations, Planning, Fleet and HR teams, and represent the region in national operational meetings and business reviews.
• Support the launch of new logistics services, projects or expansions in the region.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in logistics or operations management, including at least 3 years in a regional or multi-site leadership role.
• Proven experience managing large-scale logistics or distribution operations.
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of logistics processes, fleet operations and KPI management.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, WMS and performance dashboard systems.
• Data-driven decision-making and excellent leadership and communication skills.
