Distribution Supervisor – Mashhad

About the role

A full-time Distribution Supervisor is sought in Mashhad to manage daily pickup and distribution operations, warehouse activities, operational teams and the courier fleet. The role ensures on-time pickup from sellers, accurate delivery to customers, sufficient fleet capacity and efficient warehouse operations, while keeping service quality and customer satisfaction high.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and run daily pickup and distribution so that sellers are collected on time and customers receive their orders accurately.
• Manage warehouse and facility operations, including receiving, sorting, loading, dispatching and maintaining operational standards.
• Supervise operational teams: workforce planning, performance management, training and development.
• Handle courier recruitment, onboarding, retention and daily fleet capacity according to demand.
• Monitor pickup and delivery KPIs, productivity, service levels and delivery progress, and prepare regular performance reports.
• Keep the fleet ready and available, including organizing and maintaining delivery vehicles.
• Ensure compliance with distribution policies, procedures and operational standards.
• Manage administrative matters, personnel records and operational documentation, and review employee performance with feedback and improvement plans.
• Provide operational data and insights for business reviews, planning and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in logistics, distribution or last-mile operations, preferably with team management responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, people management and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, decide and perform well under pressure, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of customer experience and service quality; good command of English is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office, including preparing and analyzing operational reports.
• Analytical, reporting and presentation skills.
