Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Snapp is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Tehran to help shape the future of ride-hailing and urban mobility. The role suits someone who understands how technical and cross-functional teams work, enjoys building professional networks and takes a proactive approach to finding and engaging talent. Beyond recruitment, the position contributes to new initiatives such as implementing an ATS and exploring practical uses of AI in recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing, attracting and engaging qualified candidates and building strong talent pipelines
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and write clear, accurate job descriptions
• Screening and assessing candidates through structured interviews
• Developing sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions using professional networks and alternative channels
• Maintaining recruitment records and documentation in the ATS and monitoring recruitment metrics
• Using data and analytics to support recruitment decisions and improve hiring effectiveness
• Sharing knowledge and best practices, contributing to employer branding and taking part in job fairs and recruitment events
• Optimizing recruitment workflows and exploring AI-powered solutions

Required profile

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
• Strong understanding of organizational structures, especially tech and product teams
• Proactive sourcing and headhunting skills
• Analytical, problem-solving mindset and interest in technology, AI and product development
• Good command of written and spoken English; engineering or a related technical background is a plus
