Workplace Operations & Experience Manager

About the role

Divar is seeking a Workplace Operations & Experience Manager to own daily office operations and ensure a high‑quality, reliable workplace for its teams. Reporting to the CHRO, the role combines hands‑on service delivery with strategic improvement of space, vendors and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure workstations, meeting rooms, shared spaces and pantries are ready and well‑maintained each day.
• Manage cleaning, catering, hospitality and other workplace service contractors, defining standards and monitoring performance.
• Build and maintain processes for logging, prioritising and resolving workplace requests and incidents.
• Analyse space utilisation data, propose layout changes and pilot improvements to support focus and collaboration.
• Design and oversee the outsourcing model, handling the full contractor lifecycle and related budgets.
• Lead workplace projects such as refurbishments, relocations and redesigns from scope definition through delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in workplace or office operations at scale, including contractor management.
• Strong ability to create and enforce standards, solve root‑cause issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience using operational and employee‑experience metrics.
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
