Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist

About the role

The Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist leads the analysis and resolution of regulatory matters from identification through closure. You will translate ambiguous issues into clear strategies, assess legal and operational impacts, and build constructive relationships with regulators.

Key responsibilities

• Review draft regulations, resolutions, legislative proposals and bills, providing expert analysis and recommendations.
• Engage with regulators and government bodies, respond to official inquiries, and pursue amendments or revisions of relevant instruments.
• Conduct comparative reviews of domestic and international laws to identify trends and propose innovative ideas.
• Monitor new laws and regulations, assess business impact, and recommend risk‑mitigation measures.
• Identify legal benefits and incentives and develop plans to leverage them.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or higher in Law.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow‑through skills.
• Ability to analyze legal texts and produce accurate, clear reports.
• Intermediate English proficiency.

• Proficiency with AI tools.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Advanced use of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
