Senior Product Designer

About the role

DigiExpress is looking for a Senior Product Designer in Tehran to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers and Operations teams to design products that solve real user problems and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product design projects from discovery and research through design and delivery
• Conduct user research, interviews and usability testing, and analyze insights to inform design decisions
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity interfaces
• Turn complex operational processes and business requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers and stakeholders to define problems and develop solutions
• Contribute to the development and evolution of the Design System
• Improve products continuously through user feedback, data and business insights
• Mentor other designers and promote design best practices across teams

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design or related fields
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design projects and problem-solving
• Experience designing complex digital products, SaaS platforms, dashboards, B2B products or operational systems
• Strong background in user research and usability testing
• Experience in Agile and cross-functional product teams
• Ability to independently lead design initiatives from concept to launch

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma
• Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture and design systems
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
