Consigner Support Specialist

About the role

DigiExpress is hiring a Consigner Support Specialist in Tehran to support consigners and make sure they have a smooth experience. You will help consigners with platform questions, investigate operational and product issues, give them guidance and work with cross-functional teams to resolve problems quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Answer consigners' questions and give timely, professional support through several communication channels
• Guide and train consigners on how to use the consigner panel and its features
• Investigate product, platform and system issues and follow up until they are resolved
• Work with Product, Operations and other internal teams to solve operational challenges
• Record and track support requests, issues and resolutions accurately
• Collect and share consigner feedback with Product and Operations teams
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with consigners throughout the support process

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer support, client support or a similar customer-facing role is preferred
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplace or logistics is a plus

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems, support tools or software platforms is an advantage
