Senior Internal Communications & Employer Branding Specialist

About the role

DigiExpress is looking for a Senior Internal Communications and Employer Branding Specialist to build meaningful connections with its people and strengthen how its culture and employee experience are communicated internally and externally. The role suits someone who enjoys storytelling, content creation and turning organisational messages into engaging content.

Key responsibilities

• Execute internal communications and employer branding plans and content calendars in line with People & Culture priorities.
• Create, write, edit and publish internal communications such as announcements, organisational news and employee-facing content.
• Develop employer branding content for LinkedIn, Instagram and other channels.
• Turn authentic stories about people, teams, culture and employee experience into engaging content.
• Manage internal communication channels so content is accurate, relevant, consistent and timely.
• Work with HRBPs, leaders and HR teams, and partner with Talent Acquisition on career content, candidate experience and talent attraction campaigns.
• Plan communication coverage for events, initiatives and occasions, and develop content and creative briefs with designers, photographers and video producers.
• Use AI tools for research, ideation, content creation and optimisation, and monitor content, channel and campaign performance.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in internal communications, employer branding, content creation, corporate communications or media management.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree; a background in HR, communications or media management is a plus.
• Strong Persian writing, editing and content creation skills, and good command of English.
• Good understanding of internal communications and employer branding principles and channels.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, able to handle several campaigns at once.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of social media platforms and content management practices.
• Practical experience with AI tools for research, writing and content creation.
• Familiarity with Canva, PowerPoint or similar creative tools is a plus.
