Senior Network & Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

Divar is looking for a skilled, hands-on Senior Network & Infrastructure Engineer to design, operate, secure and continuously improve its enterprise IT infrastructure. The role centres on enterprise networking, with administration and reliability of Linux and Windows systems, virtualization platforms and other core infrastructure services. The environment includes Cisco Catalyst switches, Cisco ISE, Fortinet and MikroTik devices, and Linux and Windows servers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain and improve the enterprise network, focusing on reliability, security, scalability and performance
• Configure, manage and troubleshoot Cisco Catalyst switches and routing and switching environments
• Work with Cisco ISE and NAC to strengthen network security and access management
• Manage firewall, VPN, segmentation and security policies on Fortinet and MikroTik devices
• Design redundancy, high availability and resilient connectivity, and support enterprise wireless infrastructure
• Troubleshoot complex issues using packet analysis, monitoring tools and logs
• Administer Linux and Windows servers, including Active Directory, DNS and DHCP
• Maintain virtualization environments (VMware), backups, storage and disaster recovery
• Contribute to hardening, patch management, monitoring and infrastructure security
• Take ownership of incidents, plan changes with testing and rollback, and develop scripts and automation
• Improve technical documentation, configuration standards and operational procedures

Required profile

• Strong hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering, preferably with Cisco technologies
• Preferred 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience, though exceptional technical depth is considered
• Ability to independently investigate complex problems and implement solutions safely
• Strong documentation, communication and cross-team collaboration skills

Required skills

• TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, subnetting and network troubleshooting
• Routing protocols such as OSPF and enterprise network design
• Cisco Catalyst switches, firewalls, VPN, access control and NAC (802.1X, RADIUS)
• Linux and Windows server administration, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
• Virtualization, backup, storage and monitoring concepts
• Preferred: Cisco ISE, Cisco Catalyst Center, Fortinet FortiGate, MikroTik, advanced VMware, Python/Ansible/PowerShell, Docker/Kubernetes, monitoring tools, security hardening, CCNP/CCIE
