HR Generalist

About the role

DotOne is looking for an HR Generalist to manage and improve its people operations across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment and work with hiring managers on hiring needs
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, employee relations and core HR operations
• Drive employee engagement and experience initiatives
• Coordinate performance management and employee development processes
• Design and improve HR policies, processes and workflows
• Support managers on people-related matters and HR best practices
• Lead HR projects and use people data to drive improvements

Required profile

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably as an HR Generalist
• Strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle and HR best practices
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management and HR operations
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
• Ability to independently design and improve HR processes
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills, with high ownership, autonomy and attention to detail
• Experience in startups or technology companies is highly preferred

Required skills

• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• HRIS/ATS experience is a plus
