Senior Product Manager - Ride Experience

About the role

Snapp is hiring a Senior Product Manager for Ride Experience in Tehran. You will own key parts of the ride journey, from driver acceptance and pickup through in-ride tracking and completion, and define the product strategy and roadmap for these areas while leading cross-functional teams from discovery to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product strategy and roadmap for Ride Life Cycle, Ride Tracking and Ride Presenter, aligned with customer needs, marketplace dynamics and company objectives.
• Build a deep understanding of the passenger and driver experience across acceptance, arrival, pickup, boarding, in-ride tracking and completion.
• Identify and prioritize ways to reduce uncertainty, pickup friction, tracking issues, cancellations and customer support contacts.
• Lead product discovery using quantitative data, customer research, support insights, operational feedback and market analysis.
• Define product goals, success metrics, diagnostic metrics and marketplace guardrails for each initiative.
• Work with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Operations and Customer Support to align priorities and manage dependencies.
• Turn strategy into requirements and delivery plans, and monitor performance after launch to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop a longer-term vision for a more dependable, transparent and intelligent ride journey.

Required profile

• 4+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex products from discovery through launch and ongoing improvement.
• Senior-level experience independently owning a strategically important product domain.
• Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, Data and operational stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal English; practical experience using AI tools in product work.

Required skills

• Product strategy, roadmap development, problem framing, customer discovery and prioritization.
• Analytical skills: defining metrics, investigating funnels and behavioural patterns, evaluating experiments.
• Sufficient technical fluency to work with engineering teams and make informed trade-offs.
