Product Manager - SuperApp

About the role

Snapp is looking for a Product Manager to join its Super App team and help shape the future of ride-hailing and urban mobility. The role owns product initiatives end-to-end, from identifying customer needs and defining solutions to delivering features at scale. It is based in Tehran and requires working with the team on site.

Key responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy and roadmap of assigned Super App products and evolve them according to customer needs, business goals and market opportunities.
• Turn ambiguous opportunities and complex problems into clear product strategies, actionable initiatives and measurable outcomes.
• Drive the full product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements to execution, launch and continuous optimization.
• Work closely with engineering, design, analytics, business and operations teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
• Use data, AI and automation to improve decision-making, workflow speed and product quality.
• Build customer-centric products by understanding user behaviour, gathering feedback and turning insights into improvements.
• Define success metrics, measure performance, monitor adoption and identify growth opportunities.
• Own medium- to large-scale feature launches and manage stakeholder communication as the main link between product, business and technology teams.
• Create clear product documentation and establish effective processes for product execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering or Computer Science.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in Product Management or a related product role.
• Track record of owning products and features end-to-end, from discovery and strategy to delivery and optimization.
• Ability to use AI tools and technologies to improve product processes and execution speed.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Based in Tehran and able to work with the team on site.
