Quality Engineer

About the role

The Quality Engineer will join HANYCO’s manufacturing team in Kashan, Iran, to ensure the highest level of product and process quality for ductile iron pipes, fittings and cast components. Working in a hybrid setting, the role combines on‑site inspections with data‑driven analysis to support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update quality procedures in line with ISO 9001 and relevant international standards.
• Monitor production processes, conduct inspections, tests and measurements of raw materials and finished goods.
• Analyse quality data to identify trends, root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and management teams to drive defect reduction and process optimisation.
• Participate in internal audits, support external audits and certification activities.
• Prepare documentation, reports and training materials related to quality performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (industrial, mechanical, materials or related) or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in quality engineering or quality control within a manufacturing or casting environment.
• Familiarity with metal casting processes and standards such as ISO 9001, EN 545 or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with experience in root‑cause investigation.
