Product Manager - Ride-Hailing

About the role

Snapp is hiring a Product Manager in Tehran to help shape the future of ride-hailing and urban mobility. The role drives the end-to-end development and delivery of products and features, acting as the main point of contact between business, technical and user perspectives.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through documentation, development, launch and continuous improvement.
• Manage in-life products by collecting customer feedback, identifying requirements and issues and turning them into improvements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales and other teams, and act as the main contact for key stakeholders.
• Prepare, communicate and iterate on Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
• Lead the delivery and launch of medium-to-large features, and define, monitor and analyze product metrics.
• Analyze usage data and user feedback to inform the roadmap, and prioritize features by user needs, business value and data.
• Run feature impact analysis, identify ways to speed up delivery while keeping quality, and share team status and dependencies with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven product management experience, preferably in enterprise software, web-based products or technology-driven environments.
• Understanding of the full software product lifecycle and experience with multi-stage, long-term product initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with product discovery, requirements gathering, PRDs, delivery and post-launch management.
• Fluency in English; the work model is on-site.

Required skills

• Feature prioritization, product metrics design and product analytics.
• Agile methodology, with familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
