Senior Business Development Specialist - Corporate Sales

About the role

Snapp is looking for a Senior Business Development Specialist in Tehran to acquire e-commerce clients. The role covers identifying and targeting potential clients in the digital commerce sector, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions, building relationships with key decision-makers, negotiating partnerships and conducting market research.

Key responsibilities

• Find new business customers and close sales
• Negotiate agreements and follow the full sales process
• Build and maintain relationships with current and potential customers
• Promote Snapp corporate solutions through in-person visits and meetings
• Benchmark best practices and partnerships in similar businesses to grow the business
• Prepare periodic reports and analyses to improve team performance
• Meet team targets and add cross-venture partnerships
• Acquire B2B customers for ventures and vendors for the driver club, and improve existing vendor sales

Required profile

• BA or MA in Business, Marketing or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in corporate sales or business development
• Proven ability to close high-value corporate deals
• Established network in the e-commerce industry
• Average English knowledge (understanding and writing)

Required skills

• Adequate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management, reporting and analysis
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, verbal and written
• Teamwork and collaboration across departments
