B2B Sales Specialist

About the role

Snapp is looking for a B2B Sales Specialist to acquire and activate corporate clients and build strong business relationships. The role covers the full sales process, from prospecting and negotiation to customer onboarding and ongoing support, with structured plans to reach monthly targets. The work model is on-site.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently achieve at least 75% of monthly targets for corporate client acquisition and activation.
• Identify and engage new business customers, develop qualified opportunities and lead negotiations through to closing.
• Hold face-to-face negotiations with organizations and businesses, and follow up by phone with prospects and existing clients.
• Attend meetings, business events and exhibitions to expand the customer network.
• Develop structured sales plans, track progress and prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
• Manage customer onboarding and provide ongoing support after acquisition.

Required profile

• Familiarity with B2B sales processes, including prospecting, client acquisition, negotiation and closing.
• Good understanding of local businesses and potential corporate customer segments.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a target-oriented, proactive approach.
• Ability to analyze sales performance and prepare clear reports.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing customer needs and market conditions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in ICDL.
• Familiarity with CRM systems for managing customer information and reporting.
• Familiarity with AI tools used in sales research, customer engagement and workflow efficiency.
