Product Designer

About the role

Snapp is hiring a Product Designer in Tehran to help shape the future of ride-hailing and urban mobility. Product Designers take part in the product conversation, not just its delivery phase, and own a defined problem space while collaborating closely with product and engineering partners. The role suits designers still developing their product thinking through hands-on work and feedback; it is not aimed at candidates seeking a senior or leadership position.

Key responsibilities

• Own design work within a clear product scope, from understanding the problem to delivering solutions.
• Translate user needs and data into clear user flows and experiences using product thinking.
• Design and iterate on wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes for mobile and web.
• Work closely with PMs, engineers, UX writers, researchers and other designers.
• Use the Snapp Design System consistently and understand when to follow or question its patterns.
• Seek feedback, iterate on your work and grow your impact over time.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in product design (UX/UI), preferably on mobile-first products.
• A portfolio showing your design process and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain design decisions based on user needs, product goals and constraints.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional product teams.
• Fluency in English.
• Curiosity, humility and willingness to learn in a respectful, low-ego team.

Required skills

• Strong foundations in interaction and visual design.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver production-ready designs.
• Familiarity with Android, iOS and web design considerations.
