Customer Experience Specialist – Marketing & Sales Support

About the role

The Customer Experience Specialist supports the sales team by driving business performance through customer marketing and demand generation activities. This role leads the execution of marketing campaigns, manages the CRM tool, and maintains the company website and social media channels.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales team with customer marketing and demand generation activities.
• Lead execution of customer marketing activities in the CRM tool.
• Implement the annual marketing plan, including campaign planning, advertising, promotion, and digital marketing platform management.
• Design and deliver campaigns in cooperation with sales teams and product specialists across traditional and digital channels.
• Organize customer events such as demo days, exhibitions, and virtual sessions.
• Develop marketing support and communication materials in line with branding guidelines and coordinate with external agencies.
• Provide data‑driven customer insights, analytics, and AI‑supported feedback to improve targeting.
• Manage the Syngenta Vegetable Seeds country website, social media, SEO, and messaging platforms.
• Coordinate with sales to use the CRM tool for lead capture, lead management, and key‑account marketing.
• Manage the A&P budget and promotional inventory aligned with strategic priorities.
