Product Manager - Safety & Security

About the role

Snapp is hiring a Product Manager for its Safety & Security team, based in Tehran, Iran. The role focuses on authentication and ride safety, working with product managers and cross-functional teams to deliver safer ride experiences aligned with product priorities and customer and business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Support product discovery for authentication and ride safety problems, using user feedback, operational insights, product data and research to identify needs and shape solutions.
• Help define product requirements, user journeys, acceptance criteria and success measures.
• Analyze product data using SQL to investigate issues, identify patterns and evaluate outcomes.
• Integrate AI tools into discovery and delivery workflows, such as research synthesis, solution exploration, documentation and analysis.
• Contribute to AI-powered product solutions addressing validated needs in authentication or ride safety.
• Build relationships with Engineering, Design, Data, Legal, Call Center, Operations and other stakeholders, and coordinate delivery progress, dependencies, risks and rollout readiness.
• Monitor results against success measures and recommend follow-up improvements.
• Approach safety and authentication topics with attention to user trust, privacy and operational impact.

Required profile

• About 2 years of product management experience or relevant product experience, covering discovery, delivery and improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong written and verbal communication, including documenting product requirements in English.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate tasks across discovery, delivery and measurement.
• Strong interest in authentication, trust and safety, or improving ride-experience safety.

Required skills

• Basic to intermediate SQL, used to explore product data and support product decisions.
• Practical experience using AI tools in product discovery or delivery, with sound judgment in evaluating AI-generated outputs.
