Last Mile Excellence Specialist – Yazd

About the role

Digikala is looking for a Last Mile Excellence Specialist in Yazd to track, analyze and report operational KPIs across its logistics and fleet operations. The role ensures performance visibility, process compliance and data accuracy, and helps identify performance gaps so that corrective and preventive measures can improve service quality, efficiency and cost control.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, verify and consolidate performance data from ERP, WMS, FMS and BI tools
• Monitor daily and weekly KPIs such as delivery accuracy, service level, fleet utilization and cost efficiency
• Identify performance deviations and their root causes, and support predictive and diagnostic analysis
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI, Excel or similar tools, and keep a performance documentation library and standard report templates
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and recommend corrective actions based on trends and benchmarking
• Liaise with Operations, Fleet and planning teams to align data definitions and reporting, and support ad-hoc requests from management
• Carry out periodic on-site audits at regional branches and follow up with regional units to collect and submit operational information
• Coordinate activities across regions and help standardize operational processes in branch offices

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or Data Analytics
• 2-4 years of experience in performance analysis, KPI monitoring or operations reporting in logistics, fleet or supply chain settings
• Ability to travel to regional branches up to 5 days per month
• Analytical mindset and strong communication and presentation skills

Required skills

• Data analysis and visualization with Excel, Power BI, Tableau or similar tools
• Understanding of ERP, WMS and FMS systems
