Lead a client‑facing portfolio of corporate websites, e‑commerce platforms, web/mobile applications, infrastructure and ERP/CRM engagements from discovery through release and hyper‑care, controlling scope, schedule, resources, risks and quality. Facilitate workshops with clients and executives, translating business objectives into BRDs, FRDs, SOWs, user journeys, user stories and acceptance criteria, and produce phased road‑maps. Coordinate Odoo and Zoho CRM implementations, gathering requirements, scoping modules, aligning with implementation partners, tracking progress, managing UAT, training and handover. Lead branding, SEO and digital‑marketing delivery, defining scope, coordinating creative teams and managing client expectations.
